Custom Coffee Cups FAQs

What sizes do your custom coffee cups come in?

We offer 4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz and 22oz coffee cups, plus double-wall options in 8oz, 12oz and 16oz.

Do you offer both compostable and recyclable options?

Yes. We supply AS5810 certified home compostable cups and PE-coated recyclable cups.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ starts at 250 cups per design.

Do you provide full-wrap printing on coffee cups?

Yes. We offer two print styles:

  • Simple Print — your logo on a white background
  • Full Colour Wrap — complete CMYK artwork around the cup

Both options have a 10-business-day turnaround from artwork approval.

How long is the production turnaround?

Standard turnaround is 10 business days from artwork approval. Rushed production is available if required.

Can you help with artwork and design?

Yes. We offer free basic artwork setup and guidance to ensure your design prints perfectly.

Are the inks used safe and eco-friendly?

Yes. All printing is done using water-based, compost-safe inks.

Can I print multiple designs in one order?

Each design counts as one print run, so separate quantities apply per design.

Do you offer lids for the cups?

Yes. We supply white and black lids in multiple sizes, including 80mm and 90mm diameters.

Are the cups suitable for hot drinks?

Absolutely. Our single-wall and double-wall cups are designed specifically for hot beverages.

What is the difference between single-wall and double-wall cups?

Single-wall is a standard cup. Double-wall has an additional outer layer for extra heat protection and insulation.

Can I request a sample before ordering?

Yes. We can provide unprinted samples to confirm size and quality. Printed samples can be arranged for larger projects on request.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We deliver to every state and territory, including regional and remote locations.

Can I use my PMS (Pantone) brand colours?

Yes. We match your brand colours as closely as possible within CMYK print limitations.

Are your cups suitable for events and wholesale programs?

Yes. We supply cafés, franchises, events, corporates and wholesalers with consistent, repeatable quality.

Are your coffee cups food-safe?

Yes. All cups meet Australian food-safety standards and are safe for direct food contact.
