Production Times

All production timeframes begin only once we have received both:

  1. Final artwork approval, and
  2. Full payment

Standard Product-Specific Production Times

  • Coffee cups (under 10,000 cups)10 business days
  • Ice-cream cups (under 10,000 cups)15 business days
  • Coasters10 business days
  • Napkins10 business days
  • Paper bags10 business days
  • Wholesale / bulk orders (over 10,000 cups) – Coffee cups & Ice-cream cups: up to 30 business days

Production times are in business days and do not include shipping time.

Rush Production

Rush production is available for many products and order sizes. Timeframes start from final artwork approval and full payment. Additional fees apply. Tell us your deadline, and we’ll make it happen. For rushed orders, we recommend selecting overnight express shipping for the fastest delivery. Rush production is subject to availability and current production capacity.

We ship Australia-wide via TNT/FedEx and other trusted courier partners.

Live Shipping Timeframes & Rates

Our shipping timeframes and rates are directly connected to our TNT account and are shown live at checkout. This ensures you always see the most accurate delivery timeframe estimates and prices based on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch (TNT Road Express):

  • Metro VIC, NSW, SA, QLD: 1-3 business days
  • Metro WA, TAS, NT: 4-5 business days
  • Regional Australia: 4-7 business days

Overnight Express: A next-business-day delivery service available to most metro areas.

Delivery times are estimates only. Once orders leave our warehouse, delivery is outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your shipment is booked with our courier, you’ll automatically receive a tracking email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • By default, TNT/FedEx deliveries require a signature. If you would like the parcel left without a signature, please request Authority to Leave before dispatch. Without ATL, the courier will reattempt delivery or leave a card for collection.
  • Please note: if ATL is requested, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once the courier has marked the delivery as complete.

Incorrect Delivery Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-delivery fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If items are missing or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt, including photos and your order number.
  • Claims will be handled in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping. Please contact us for a custom quote. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Disruptions

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, please understand:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • Public holidays and extreme weather may impact shipping time.
  • We’ll always assist in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.
