Returns & Refunds Eligibility
• All sales are final for custom-printed items unless they are damaged or incorrect
• We do not accept change-of-mind returns for personalised or made-to-order products
• Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving your order
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or different from your approved proof, contact us immediately
• Please email us at info@exposurepack.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the issue
• We will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or credit depending on the situation
Refund Process
• If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect
• If a return is required, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions
Important Notes
• We reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions
• Exposurepack is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers
• All custom orders require customer sign-off prior to production — please check your proofs carefully
